This glorious silk tomesode features the mythical phoenix and a small sparrow as designs inside traditional fan (sensu) patterns. There are various traditional patterns featured, such as tortoise shell (kikko) and clouds.

You can see that there is not only golden accenting all around the pattern, but this also features golden threading placed around the phoenix.

This one also has a hiyoku, which is the extra thick layer of fabric at the bottom, which adds extra protection to the outer layer.
